I have a love hate relationship with our HOA. They made us landscape our backyard. I love that we have a backyard, but it was definitely inconvenient. I was very impressed with the workers who did they job. They were very fast. My mother in law came over Wednesday, and they had cleared the land, but not much else. Then she came by yesterday morning and it was completed. It was insane how quickly they accomplished it.

It looks great. Too bad you don't have a "before" photo. Well, maybe you do but you just didn't want to post it on the blog. I bet the upkeep won't be too much.
It looks really nice! HOAs can be such a pain! OUrs luckily doesn't monitor the backyards. =) We still haven't gotten that far. =)
