PHILIPPINES

Last January, Brian and I went to the Philippines so I could see where he served his mission, and meet some of the church members he served with there.

This was my first view of the Philippines from the airplane.

This is the ward in Limay. We showed up at church in the middle of their sunday school lesson. One ward member saw us approaching the church house, and they all stopped the lesson and came out to greet us. They were very excited to see Brian again.

We saw a lot of beautiful sites.

and visited some fascinating war memorials.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip. The people were very kind, especially the Manarin's who picked us up from the airport and allowed us to stay in their home!
